By creating an account or using gamedeck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use gamedeck. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these terms on your behalf.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using gamedeck, you agree to:

Follow our community guidelines and treat others with respect.
Not post harassment, spam, hate speech, or abusive content.
Respect intellectual property — only share content you have the right to share.
Not attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service.
Not create multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate rankings.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of reviews, lists, and other content you create on gamedeck. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service. You can delete your content at any time, which removes it from public view.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

gamedeck is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, gamedeck and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
