Your game record is yours. Export a CSV from Settings whenever you want. You do not need to import a file to use GameDeck.

What returns when you import a GameDeck export
Games without an IGDB ID keep their GameDeck catalog ID in every section, including dated sessions. GameDeck restores that exact game when you import the backup here. If it is unavailable, import stops before making changes.

Download a sample file
This small CSV uses the same section names and column order as a GameDeck export. Open it in a spreadsheet or text editor before you import your own record.

What this CSV does not include
It does not include account details, sign-in information, profile settings, social follows, comments, notifications, or activity history.
Imports add missing library games and do not overwrite existing library entries. The import summary tells you about duplicates, unmatched games, and skipped rows so you can review the result.
